Refund and Returns Policy

Credits and Exchanges

All Silverfinch Jewelry Design products sell as “FINAL SALE”.

The Credit and Exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. After the 7th day of your purchase, unfortunately, I cannot offer you a credit or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible to return an item for exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The Process

Please retain the original packaging. Document any damages to your product and packaging as a result of the shipping company. Photos of the packaging damages are necessary.

To complete your exchange, I require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without prior authorization. In all instances, the cost of return shipping is paid by the customer.

You MUST ship the item being exchanged within 7 days of authorization from me. Please keep your shipping receipt for your records as your “proof of shipment”, should the need arise.

There are two situations where partial refunds are granted (if applicable): 1) Shipping damage; or 2) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to my error.

Store Credit (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, I send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit.

If you are approved, then your credit is processed, and credit is automatically applied to your store account within 7 days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

I ONLY replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If your return is authorized I will email a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to you with shipping and labeling instructions. You MUST ship the merchandise to me per the instructions within 7 days of receipt of the RMA. Failure to ship the return within the allotted time frame will void the RMA.

Shipping

To return your product, after approval by e-mail, please follow the instructions provided in the RMA.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.

If you are return shipping an item over $75.00 Canadian, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
